I am Dr Shervin from artistic dental studio. Today I want to show you how you can benefit from the most recent technology combined with Invisalign treatment, so you can show off your beautiful, charming smile wherever you go.
If you have read my previous blog about Invisalign, you already have a rough idea how it works. There are four main Breakthroughs I want to talk about:

In a natural smile teeth arrangement should be in harmony with eyes, lips, nose, and other landmarks of face. With the help of DSD or digital smile design, we are now able to design a smile based on patient’s facial features and make the aligners according to that. How cool is this?! this modality allows us to eliminate any guesswork during the process and make sure this smile is exactly what we agreed on with the patient. All is needed are a few photos and a video to create a “project”. Once approved by the patient, we transfer the project to the aligner manufacturing facility, and the rest is a piece of cake!
- The third ground-breaking advancement is the ability to share the project with a team of highly trained orthodontists from DSD planning centre to guarantee the superb outcome of treatment. This luxury is readily available, because we can use cloud dentistry and we are capable of sharing information efficiently and securely.
- Finally, the last one is the quality control. It is quite simple to superimpose the final result on the initial project and compare, because the whole workflow was digital. if any tweaks are needed, it could be done with a new series of additional aligners. All done and dusted.
